Mark has worked in market research for 20 years for a number of agencies large and small, managing projects across the globe.
Mark dedicated his research career to practising experiential research, ensuring that reality is always at the core of any the advanced qualitative methodologies he's created and used.
Prior to his life in strategy consultancy, Mark enjoyed commercial success in working in sales and marketing departments learning how best to attract, communicate with and take care of customers in the travel, automotive and hospitality sectors. Mark is currently Vice-Chairman of a youth charity based in the City of London, helping develop vision and business strategy.
As a self-confessed car geek, Mark loves his cars and motorbike and is often found at race tracks around the world. When he's not building up his fantasy garage, Mark has studied psychology and behaviour in both humans and dogs and is patiently putting his knowledge to good use in training his chocolate Labrador puppy, Otto.
Toby has been in research for 19 years, working in a variety of roles in research & ad agencies as well as national & international client-side environments.
Equally adept with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Toby has worked to ensure that insight is central to the decision making process, delivering commercially-focused, cost-effective and robust research that helps clients make smarter business decisions.
Having commissioned and managed large and complex research studies as Market Research and Customer Insight Manager as a client, he understands what makes usable insight and how to implement throughout an organisation.
A fully qualified scuba diving instructor, he has spent a lot of time exploring the coral reefs of South East Asia, Africa and Caribbean. More recently he can also be found on a 5-a-side football pitch, if he can escape from the decorating.
